We're delighted to announce the results of the Big Student Thank You!

In total, we received 364 nominations which goes to show how many students appreciate the huge impact the staff can have on their time at college.

Huge congratulations to all of the award winners and nominees! We also want to say thank you to all the students who took the time to nominate the lecturers and support staff who went above and beyond to support them this year. 

We all know that, starting College, particularly if you don't know anyone, can be a daunting experience. So many rooms, so much information, so many new things to remember! Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming.

EC Students' Association is launching a new programme to help make the experience a bit less scary with our Friendly Faces Team.

In May, we launched our new Strategic Plan for 2025-28: Buzzin' for the Future

This sets our what we're going to be focussed on over the next three academic years and why we do what we do. The plan has been built from student feedback and packaged up in a colourful bundle of optimism!
