The academic year is ramping up with lots of things happening across the cmapuses. Our officers have taken some time to think about things, with our President, Adam, reflecting on his first 4 months in the job, and our Vice President, Sukinder, talking about gratitude & mindfulness. 

We've got lots of things happening and lots of things to get invovled with on campuses, so read on, and don't miss out! 

Finally, a massive congratuations to everyone who graduated last week - our staff team were on hand to help out at the event, and 2 of our officers were all dressed up, taking part - one of them even graduated themselves!

It's inspiring seeing all those happy faces getting their rewards for all their hard work, so, even though things can be tough at this time of year, remember what you're working towards and enjoy it when it comes.

Have your chance to win £500 cash!

All students at Edinburgh College can be in with a chance of winning £500 by completing the online confidential survey from SOS-UK about your time at college and the skills you develop for getting a job.

The short survey, will take about 15 minutes to complete.

The closing date is 17th November 2024 and students will be entered into a draw to win £500 or one of 10 £50 runner-up prizes.

As the weather starts to turn colder and we all search out our winter clothing, now is a great time to consider donating coats that you no longer need - help us reduce waste and keep everyone warmer this winter.

Staff and students are encouraged to have a rummage in your cupboards and donate good quality coats, scaves, hats, and gloves to your local campus Students' Association Office before the 22nd November.
