As the weather starts to turn colder and we all search out our winter clothing, now is a great time to consider donating coats that you no longer need - help us reduce waste and keep everyone warmer this winter.

21st October to 22nd November

What we are doing

The Students' Association are inviting students and staff to donate good quality pre-loved or new winter coats, scarves, hats, or gloves so that someone else can make use of them in the coming winter months. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other items at this time, on those specific items listed.

Why we are doing it

As part of our Sustainability work, and helping to tackle poverty, we are seeking to help students and staff reduce clothing waste by donating, rather than throwing away and allowing other students to make use of good quality items that they might not be able to afford themselves - helping the planet and your pocket.

Where & when you can donate

Staff and students are encouraged to have a rummage in your cupboards and donate good quality coats, scaves, hats, and gloves to your local campus Students' Association Office. We are launching the campaign during Sustainable Education Week on the 21st of October and close for donations on Friday the 22nd of November.
