Edinburgh College has a dedicated Wellbeing Team who we work very closely with on a variety of student-focussed areas.
They deliver a range of activities to support your mental health while you're studying.
This includes:
- Wellbeing 1-1 appointments
- Activities for mindfulness and wellbeing, such as crafts and music
- Physical activities
- Top tips for wellbeing in their monthly newsletter
