Last year, we launched a new representation and engagement programme called Lead Reps. Each year we aim to recruit a minimum of two Lead Reps per school, which means they represent a range of different academic and subject areas. 

Our Lead Reps take an active role in focus groups who we meet with regularly, hearing their views and taking their feedback and solutions to the college. The programme aims to improve communications between staff, students, the Students' Association and the College Management.
