Feeling a little isolated? Looking to meet new people or just have a chat? Our wellbeing events are a great way to meet others in a relaxed, welcoming setting. These gatherings are open to all students and offer a creative outlet alongside connection, conversation, and a chance to slow down from college life.

A few things to keep in mind this Autumn: 

๐ŸŒž Get outside while the daylight lasts โ€“ even 10 minutes helps
๐Ÿง  Take a break when you need one โ€“ rest is productive too

๐Ÿค— Talk to someone โ€“ friends, the ECSA Team, or the wellbeing team

If youโ€™re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just want to talk things through, you can book a confidential Wellbeing Check-In with with one of the College's Wellbeing Advisors. These friendly 1:1 sessions are tailored to what you need โ€“ no pressure, no judgment, you can even opt to walk and talk, rather than sit in a room.
