Midlothian Community Planning Partnership

Now’s your chance to have your say on decisions about Midlothian’s future.

Midlothian Citizens’ Panel is 1,000 randomly selected Midlothian residents. Membership is open to anyone aged 16+ living in Midlothian. Members receive one or two surveys a year and may also be invited in other consultations or feedback exercises. Participation is always optional.

The Panel is one of the ways that Midlothian Community Planning Partnership (MCPP) can hear the views of local residents. Community planning is about public bodies and communities working together to identify local needs and deliver better outcomes for people. The Panel enables MCPP members - such as Midlothian Council, NHS Lothian, Police Scotland, Scottish Ambulance and Scottish Fire & Rescue – to give communities a stronger voice in planning local services.
