Al joined the Association as Director in 2016 after working in the Universities sector for more than 10 years.
Al line manages the staff team and works directly with the Full-Time Officers to help them identify, pursue, and achieve their annual objectives.
He is also responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the organisation, reporting to our Board of Trustees, and working closely with College Senior Management Team as well as external partners on behalf of the Association.
