Rock Trust

The Rock Trust works with young people between the ages of 16- 25 who are affected by homelessness.

NHS 24

NHS 24 is a free phone service to provide urgent health advice out of hours, when your GP Practice or Dentist is closed.

Cruse Bereavement Support Scotland

Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland (CBCS) exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people in Scotland. They seek to help anyone experiencing bereavement to understand their grief and cope with their loss. They work primarily through volunteers, providing free care to bereaved people.

SAMH (Scotland's Action for Mental Health)

SAMH has been here for Scotland’s mental health for a century. They operate over 70 services in communities across Scotland, providing mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. 

Andy's Man Club

Andy's Man Club are real, non judgmental, talking groups for men. Their aim is to halve the number of suicides in men under 45.

Change Mental Health

Change Mental Health provide transformational support for people ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need, when they need it and in a way which works best for them.
They seek to change society by changing attitudes, fighting stigma and influencing government to ensure a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness.

Zero Waste Scotland supports businesses, communities, and the government to manage Scotland's resources responsibly. They have lots of advice on their website that will help you reduce your waste and save money.

Young Scot

Young Scot is the national youth information charity, with discounts in shops and travel for 12 - 26 year olds.

Edinburgh Nightline

Edinburgh Nightline is a confidential and non-judgemental support and information charity, run by students, for students.

They are currently open from 8pm till 8am for 5 days a week:  Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Their listening volunteers ensure every student has the opportunity to talk about their feelings in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Edinburgh & Lothians Regional Equality Council or ELREC works towards creating a prejudice free society where everyone is treated with equality and justice.
