Get involved in our Wellbeing Fair!

We're hosting a mental health and wellbeing fair in partnership with Police Scotland!

What's the main focus for the day?
The focus is on providing key information on your own wellbeing and how to manage stresses at college.

Why are we doing this?
Through our Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Award, we have to promote mental health and wellbeing to students by running various events and campaigns. It's also a good time of the year to promote organisations who can support you during your time at college and beyond.

How can you get involved?
There will be a number of stalls on campuses each day below, where you can have a chat with some of the organisations on your wellbeing, find out information on maintaining a good work life balance and taking some important informative information away with you. Some organisations we'll have on the day are LGBT Youth Scotland, Edinburgh Women's Aid and Street Assist to name a few.

The fair's will be hosted at the campuses below:

Monday 29th April, Sighthill Campus- The Street
Tuesday 30th April, Milton Road Campus- Reception
Wednesday 1st May, Granton Campus- The Hub

All between 10am and 2pm

We hope to see lots of you engaging with these fair's!
