The #DigiInventorsChallenge, in association with Andy Murray and the Digital Health & Care Institute, and sponsored by Sopra Steria is on a mission to find smart new ways to help Scotland’s young people keep active, eat well and stay healthy and happy, now and in the future.
We are looking for a team of 4-6 students aged between 14-17 to get involved to develop an idea that will help young people participate in the active management of their health, fitness and well being, using digital technology..
You will be required to:
Written submission: Each team should complete a written description of your idea. This description should answer each of the six the questions detailed below:
What is it and how does it work?
What health and care problem does your idea solve? And why is this important?
How does your idea apply digital technology?
Could your idea be made available to all young people in Scotland? If so, how?
Why do you think your idea should win?
What do you think will make people want to use your idea? And what benefits will it bring?
Diagrammatic Representations: In addition to the written submission no more than four drawing are allowed to accompany the written submission. These drawing should help the judges understand how your team’s digital idea would work in practice.
