There is still time to sign up for the Health and Wellbeing Activities Pilot as part of the college’s Healthier You Month, which is now well underway and runs throughout May. A pilot scheme of six activities started this week beginning Monday 8 May for six weeks, however it is not too late to get involved.
The activities include: • CV/body conditioning • Yoga/relaxation • Salsa • Ballet • Gym time
These will be free of charge for participants and will provide an opportunity to improve your overall health and well being. However, numbers will be capped at 20 participants per activity.
