Wellbeing Wednesdays - Cook-along

This week as part of our Wellbeing Wednesday session, we'll be hosting a live cook-along with our Go Green team! Come and join us to make a tasty vegetable pie, while chatting about the environmental, financial, and health and wellbeing benefits of Zero Waste cooking.

 

Register below if you wish to attend. All you'll need to bring is yourself, and these ingredients:

1kg Maris Piper Potatoes,
Olive Oil,
200g Vegan or regular Cheese (grated),
1 Large Garlic Clove,
1 Red Onion,
3 Carrots,
1 Broccoli,
3 Celery Stalks or Cabbage,
1 Fennel Root or Ginger Root,
1 Red Chilli,
1 400g Can of Chickpeas,
Handful of Fresh Parsley,
1 Lemon
