The votes have been cast, counted, and we're very pleased to be announce the results of the full-time student officer elections for 2017/18. There was a massive 1,052 voters across the all the positions, voting from campus polling stations, college PCs and mobile devices.
President
Neal Black
Neal is the current Student President, having been elected for the first time in March 2016. He is also working towards his HND in Sports Therapy by distance learning and has an HNC in Acting & Performance from the former Telford College.
Neal won in the first round of voting with 692 votes.
Vice-President (Sport & Activity)
Cameron Conner
Cameron is currently Class Rep for the HND Coaching & Developing Sport course at Granton Campus. After completing his course, he'd like to pursue PE Teaching at university.
Cameron won in the third round of voting with 490 votes.
Vice-President (Welfare)
Beth Anderson
Beth is currently Class Rep for the HND Human Resource Management course at Sighthill Campus. She became interested in studying Human Resources after working as an HR assistant in a local company.
Beth won in the first round of voting with 491 votes.
