Class Reps | ECSA

Class Reps

Each class should elect two reps, and that’ll most likely be done during your LDT time in the first couple of weeks of your course.

The role of a class rep is simple: meet with your classmates, take a note of any issues they’d like to raise, and then sit down with the lecturers and other class reps from your department to look at how they can be addressed. You also need to attend meetings with ECSA. It’s not a big time commitment – shouldn’t take up more than about 15hrs during the year.

ECSA & LDTs have been out delviering Class Rep talks in week 3, 4 & 5 which should have explained the role of class reps and how you fit into the work of ECSA. If not, or if you haven’t had a class rep election, get in touch with us on contact@ecsa.scot
