Yoga at Edinburgh College

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

These classes are suitable for all levels. Each class is £3, or £2 if you bring your own mat. If you have any questions, either send an email to shannon@ecsa.scot, or ask on the Edinburgh College Yoga Society Facebook group.
