Come along to our Healthy Body Healthy Mind Events!
The week beginning the 12th of November is national Anti-Bullying Week. The theme of the week is "Choose Respect". To highlight this, we are encouargaing all students to become involved with our Healthy Body, Healthy Mind award. This is a joint award between NUS Scotland (National Union of Students), SSS (Scottish Student Sport), and ASH Scotland (a stop smoking charity). The award focuses on mental health, physical activity, and smoking cessation. By becoming involved in this, you'll be encouraging others, and by finding out how you can become involved with wellbeing activities through our Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Award you'll be choosing to respect other students by the choices they are making. We will have information on support we can offer you and how you can get involved in activities we're doing throughout the year.

Why we are taking part?
To encourage students to think more positivity towards their own mental health, physical activity they take part in, and more awareness of smoking.
What we are aiming for?
Last year we achieved a 2 star rating and this year we are aiming for 4 stars!
What can you get involved with right now?
We have yoga you can book into, a peer support network you can join, and our various liberation groups (such as LGBT, Women's, and Student Parents and Carers).
The survey below is a requirement as part of the healthy body healthy mind award for us to collect student data on smoking.
